Don’t ask me how I know Dan Purcell. What I do know is that I recently had the opportunity to work with Dan’s office and one of his agents Heather Rich. Heather helped me bundle my insurances, got me a killer discount on my auto policy, and reminded me that all insurance agents and companies are not the same!A month ago I was advised by my auto policy holder, in the most unprofessionally way possible, that my auto insurance premium was going to be raised by $65 dollars a month. Yes, SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS! The reason I was told “so many people moved to Colorado and we have to raise our rates”. Even more insulting, that agent had ZERO customer service skills, phone etiquette, or manners. I had to deal w/ FIVE telephone reps before being transferred to upper management just to hear that yes they were raising my rates, and they could care less that I was a loyal customer. I always paid my bill early and didn’t have any claims. It was an easy choice to dump them. Besides, any company that forces you to physically enter an office to change your address or contact information is behind the times. Period.Dan put me in touch w/ Heather Rich, and she made the idiots at Fred Loya Insurance look like a bunch of flunkies! She listened to me. She went through every nook and cranny to save me money. She answered my questions PROFESSIONALLY. She made the whole buying insurance process so welcoming that I regret spending a year w/ another insurance agency.I would absolutely recommend Dan Purcell’s team for any of your insurance needs.
