Tried to reach out for days for home insurance. I was going to insure 4 of my investment properties but seems like they just don’t need your business.After receiving a quote with mistakes waited for 4 business days with no response. No one replies on the emails and agent who supposed to work with us just don’t return her calls or respond on emails. Don’t bother contact them. Today is Tuesday, and our agent doesn’t pick up her phone or return a phone call and none of the directories picks up the phone anymore either. Waste of time.Even if their rate would be better, I wouldn’t consider them, for such a poor service and almost no response rate. Not acceptable for an insurance agency. Very disappointed
