If I could give this company review less than 1 star I would. Multiple errors were made by this group when I first signed up for Medicare through them. They either did not pay attention to my requests nor heard them, resulting in an extra cost to me when the correction was made because of a one-month lapse in insurance coverage until the new corrected policy kicked in. I called this office numerous times during open enrollment with questions about changes being made to my policy and left them 4 messages, including one to their representative in their Arizona location, but I never received the courtesy of a callback from anyone. If you are looking for good customer service from a staff dedicated to answering questions and earning your satisfaction as well as their fee, I urge you to look elsewhere. The only thing you will get from this group is a monthly newsletter.
