Most emails go unanswered and poor follow through. After 9 months of multiple phone calls, emails, and promises to cancel a duplicate policy we finally had to call the general customer service line to cancel our policies and hope they refund the hundreds of dollars of incorrectly charged premiums.

I will never do business with that office or Farmers Insurance. I told them to change the policy from tenant occupied to owner occupied, given that I had moved back. They wrote 2 policies, which I learned of from the mortgage holder. I called them and told them to cancel the second policy and that it should only be one policy for owner occupied. They cancelled the wrong policy, were paid by the mortgage company for both policies and then the agent listed a completely false reason for cancelling the wrong policy and said she called multiple times. I have checked my phone records and there are NO phone calls from that office. The escrow account is in chaos and it has taken weeks and multiple calls to get them to return money they should not have collected.
