No one knows how to pick up a phone and the ladies are rude. Just going to look for another place because apparently they don’t like to do their jobs.

Not the best customer service. One of the ladies argues and is rude with her customers. When in the customer service world , customer is always right. Will never use them again.

I really did not appreciate Benard Render calling my office and being loud & rude to me, as I was trying to take down a message from him for the person he was trying to reach. Scammers/Spammers are all over the place. So in order for you call to be returned... YES, I screen the calls therefore... YES, I am going to ask what the call is in reference to... and Yes, I am going to ask your company name.
