I was unable to reach her to discuss some concerns that I had. Very seldom in her office and did not respond to voicemails or messages. Her office personnel were not knowledgable or helpful. Truly one of the worst experiences with Allstate.(In Baltimore, Md. I had an awesome experience with Allstate and that is why I chose to try this company again.) I had to contact headquarters to get my issue resolved!!

Everyone is always so helpful! They made sure I got the best price for all the coverages I needed.
