Just closed all of my accounts with them...I had set an Orange Checking account with my mother-in-law who is Korean speaking, but they wanted to verify some information with her. We asked if they had a translator and they said no. We asked if they had someone in their dept. who spoke Korean and they said no. We asked if my wife who is joint on the account can translate or speak on her behalf and they said no. Yes, they do have better rates than most because they are not a brick and mortar, but they should at least have a language line for business transactions. We called Chase today and they said that they do have a language line. It looks like we will be doing business with them instead. ING get a clue! We are in California with a huge Korean population and we will be happy to let everyone that we know that ING discriminates against Koreans!
