I was sadly displease with my service with u.s. bank because I am in a situation where my checking account has completely disappear with my account without approval or notice.For that reason I can not access my account with my pin. Their online teller recommendations is to go to a local walk in bank. I have informed the online teller that I was unable to because I am currently station overseas and there is no local walk in bank for me over seas. Unsatisfactory too because the teller could not help with anymore resources that I have already tried to get my problem fixed.
