IN STEAD OF CALLING ME AND NOTIFYING ME THAT I WAS 70¢ OFF THEY (IF I PAID $350 DONT YOU THINK I WOULD OF PAID THE 70¢) TURNED OFF MY ELETRICTY AND BILLED ME 70¢ AND $150.
