I recently tried to sell my phone and was having some issues so I used the phone number provided to contact help. I had put the sim card from the phone I wanted to sell into my new phone and you can NOT sell a phone at the ecoATM without a sim card. I would have been really nice if I would have found this out when I checked it out to see what was required.
