Want to start that this is my favorite branch of First South, and LaToya one of the outstanding employees is the reason for it! She is friendly, kind and amazing memory! She should be leading and showing other employees by her example. Thank you for your true and kind character!!

Not sure why they commented under my first post? I guess to make things seem as if they have done something about the issue which they have NOT! (This was tge issue before i closed tge acxount) They were suppose to investigate an item that was fraudulent on my account, i was told that since it was under $50 they couldnt do anything about it...so, i said why would i want to bank with a bank that would just let someone take money from my account and not put the funds back in my account?

I hate this bank with a passion..they charge you for EVERYTHING bank account, ordering a new debit card, they dont take fees off, if you file a dispute on your account u have to pay the bank $35 to investigate the transaction and 9 times out of 10 theyre not going to approve it..I just got sick of them nickeling and diming me so i just closed the account.
