I believe I was helped by Andrea, she spent a half hour with me helping me set up my mobile banking. She did everything for me from helping me enroll to calling support when issues occurred. The entire time she was friendly and personable making the process easier and time fly by. I felt like a priority and really appreciated her personality and assistance.
