Why would you close the main bank on the main side of town and leave a tiny branch open? My wait time on average has been 27 minutes to get through the drive-through, today on a Friday at 11am they had 2 lanes open 9 cars in front of me 35 minute wait. Dont waste your time if you need a bank go to any of the banks in town that care about their customers, Im changing banks and Im sure I wont be the only one.
In my opinion, this bank went from being number 1 to worst bank in Murray. The only thing good is the people. It is ridiculous to go from three branches to one and expect to keep your clients. I, along with others have waited to see if improvements will be made before leaving BB&T but, I am just about done.
Awful service, no convenient location, everyone is rude and demeaning to their customers. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

This bank is ridiculous. They have only one location, sat in the drive thru for 45 min. When the lobby is open, they have one teller. They do not care about the individuals they serve. Closed all of my accounts. Don’t waste your time people, there are much better banks than this!
Ridiculous customer service. Waited in drive Thru for 53 min exact. The teller don’t know what to do and how to do. Most ridiculous bank I have ever seen
