I love Jackson Hewitt and John! The gentleman at the gg office currently is a condescending person with zero customer service capability! When you ask a customer who paid $1200 in fees alone last year, “how did you drive if you don’t have your license with you?” How do you think they will respond? First of all I don’t have to explain the why when I had multiple documents to verify my identity and two you don’t tell someone to calm down after you insulted them!! After that regardless of what was said I didn’t hear. Go see John At the Marco location if you want great service and a person with experience and knowledge!
