During March 2019, I gave a visit to the office to discuss some potential error on my tax return. It was my first time visiting this office and I was directed to the 9th floor. The moment I entered this floor, I felt the solemn atmosphere. My thoughts were confirmed as I saw an employee sitting at her desk crying. She was sitting at the first row so she was the first person I saw as I turned the corner. It doesn't do me any justice seeing this as I was already panicking over the state of my return. I don't feel confident having someone who cries over the stress of busy season working on my return (assuming she's not the only one).My return ended up filed incorrectly and my trip felt like a waste of time, only just serving at instilling me a negative perspective of the office.
