I have been a costumer of commerce for around 10 years now. I have trusted Commerce for my banking needs and for advisement in those areas. Recently, Commerce gave me a poor deal without warning me or helping me understand what was happening. When I went back to discuss the matter after I found out that I had been given a very poor deal, I was dismissed and given a pay answer. I will be switching banks, hopefully to find a bank that I can trust to deal with me openly and help me understand the process.
