This insurance company gives free seminars to educate seniors about to qualify for Medicare and Social Security tgat are very informative. They are very professional and knowledgable but not aggressive in trying to push you to sign with their insurance.. which is very refreshing. They give you all the info from the official medicare office and explain everything in detail and answer any questions. Then if you want they will make you another appointment to have a one-on-one free consult with a rep to go over your specific needs and still do not pressure you to sign with their insurance but are extremely helpful in giving you all the options neutrally to decide what choices you want to make. I was very impressed and have heard others also give positive input about having this insurance sooo I would recommend checking it out for yourself. They are very friendly and helpful!

I have had a Medicare supplement policy, cancer policy and long-term care policy with physicians mutual for 15 years. I have had excellent experience with payments and information when requested. I had every reason To trust them with all of my insurance needs. I’m writing this just to say thank you for the consistent and excellent service they have given me.

Worst insurance company we have ever used. They keep inventing new "requirements" to get paid, takes hundreds of hours to administer the policy.
