Every step of my account setup has taken way longer than it should. The gentleman I called in advance to make sure I had every document made me come back in person multiple times. He did not know what was required. I then got billed $5 for not setting up electronic statement which I made clear I had setup but never was apparently. This bank works very old school and explains why the fees are so cheap - because they have poor systems and customer service.

Stood for 10 minutes while two works were shooting the breeze with a customer. Finally the customer noticed me and apologized. Terrible customer service
