They were handling the title work for the sale of my house.There was paper work that seemed to be forgotten then remembered. Here the bank (Academy Bank) and title company blamed each other.The HOA was lax in providing required paperwork, but no one seemed to notice until the morning of closing. By that time closing was delayed two days.Ultimately the closing was delayed two days.Instead of limited access to their offices, we had to do the closing sitting in our car!!
