The customer service at the company is ATROCIOUS! I have 6 policies with this company. A couple of years ago they move half of my policies to some Brighthouse Financial (so much for keeping everything nice and easy for me) so now I get to deal with two different companies. I called to update my bank information for the auto-draft they take on my account. I was transferred nearly a dozen times, hung up on twice, and with every single representative I spoke with it was very apparent that English is not their first language. They are outsourcing their customer service to some foreign country and it was difficult to even get anyone that I could understand. There was a local representative listed at the top of two of my recent statements, but I tried BOTH of those phone numbers and received a message that the phones were disconnected.It is clear that you are just another number to these people. Save yourself a headache and get your life insurance anywhere else.
