Imad is very knowledgeable , he is a breath of fresh air. He explained all the coverage and their relevance to the policy. I must admit no other agent has ever taken the time to do so, they just wanted to write a policy and go to the next customer, they were nothing but order takers. Mr. Awada is a true professional.
