Horrible customer service! There was no way to get in touch Douglas at all. When he would reach out a WHOLE WEEK LATER, it was always the same story, that he would get it "done or expedited". It was very hard and frustrating trying to establish a corp due to no communication from Douglas whatsoever. Fast forward to eight months, we are still unable to establish or do business with the corp that he set us up with. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Stay far away unless you want to lose money, time, and gain headaches.
