In need of a professionally accredited CPA / tax advisor, I searched for an office within my zip-code via Google. After being lured by a Google Ad, I was led to Ageras, who promote that "(I) will receive 3 quotes from 3 different tax advisors." Once I fulfilled their query form, I was sent an email affirming once again that not one, not two, but three quotes were heading my way following a brief phone call with an Ageras rep. The rep did phone (Jaydah was her name) and she was very inquisitive about our need for tax advisement. Then, the rep told us that there were NO advisors within 1.5 hours of our location. WTH? Where are my 3 quotes? Non-existent. Waste of time! They promote something they cannot deliver. Typical 2020 tech junkies who make loads of promises but are about as trustworthy as snake oil caravan. No integrity. A shame they paid for a Google Ad knowing they were not going to deliver 3 quotes to me. Worse, that I fell for it.
