I have been going here for years and was happy with their service. Did taxes with them this year and almost four weeks went by without receiving refund. I had called, left messages, emailed and did not receive any call back or response. I decided to go in as a walk in to check with them. The receptionist looked into it and came back saying apparently my return never went through. That they would send it again. No apology for the inconvenience or for not responding. I paid for a service I do not feel I received. I will no longer be utilizing KD Financial/H&R Block for these services. Truly disappointed in their customer service.

I have been with KD Financial for 10+ years. I will no longer use their services. No return phone calls, poor customer service, temporary lost tracking of my returns. The poor service started last year (2018).

I made a last minute appointment with Sara, and she took me within 5 minutes of showing up. She was fabulous! She got me in and out quickly, and she made sure all my deductions were accounted for. I was expecting to break even for my taxes this year, but she actually got me some money back! She also gave me advice for filing for next year as the tax code changes. I was very happy with her service, and i would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Would never go here again... I put in my taxes 16 days ago so I decided to called 14 days ago because they said it would be a max of 10-14 days but when I called they said there was a error and had to send again now I have to wait another 2 weeks didn’t get a apology or anything
