I definitely would not recommend this credit union whatsoever. The fact that it is in a good location is what drew me in, but the customer service has turned me off completely. I don’t appreciate having to explain exact information on my funds, employment, or checks in front of a room full of strangers that I don’t know. The teller is asking questions as if the answers to the questions will help cash my check. Either you can make it available or you cannot. Calling into customer service is like being a dentist and pulling teeth. There is literally no quality to their customer service whatsoever and they set the tone of the call immediately after connecting. I spoke with three different Representatives in one day after being on hold various times and one of those representatives even claim to be a supervisor. Everyone was impolite. Not rude, not out of hand, but there was no joy or pride in their voice. They were direct and treated me as an inconvenience and not a valuable member. I definitely don’t have a lot of money but the little money that I do have will not be held at this institution I am happy to begin the process of closing my accounts and stopping my direct deposit, taking my little coins to a credit union that has time for their members. It definitely is not here.

The customer service at this particular branch has always been great, there are no hidden fees like the big banks. Also the tellers are pleasant and will ask you how your day is going and will strike a conversation. The best part of all is that they don’t charge a fee to open an account unlike other bigger banks that require you to have a direct deposit or they will charge a fee. All you need is to keep a minimum of $5 to maintain the account open. They also give you a $7 dollar allowance to withdraw from other ATMs. Yes the call center customer service isn’t great but this branch isn’t at fault. Also they have great savings accounts for those with children.

Great customer service. This is a bank that will acknowledge you and will not treat you as an inconvenience. They have nice perks.

Do not do business with these people! They are not willing to work with you on mistakes they made!!! They also post inaccurate information to the credit bureau and are unwilling to fix it!! They need to be sued!!!

After the phone call today it’s clear to me why your branch in Gilbert has a one star review as well. One of your ATM machines charged my debit card without dispensing the money or a receipt! It’s extremely frustrating that rather then trying to provide some assistance for an issue with your ATM you decided to pass me off to my own financial institution and tell me you couldn’t help. I spoke to Martin, employee number 1948 who identified himself as a supervisor of your member solution center. He provided no help, told me he wasn’t aware of the process, and when I asked to speak to someone in the department who could handle this issue he told me there was nothing else he could do. I guess if you’re not a member you get no solution. Great way to handle potential customers!

Horrible experience, on the site it has you call in if you are locked out of your account and if you do not have your member number. Called in and they give you a run around saying that we cant help you that you have to go into a branch to get the account unlocked. Switching credit unions as soon as i can
