Our company used BMS for our work comp policy. We provided BMS exclusions for several of our officers, which they confirmed were added to the policy. To our surprise months later we discovered that the exclusions had never even been sent to the insurance company and we had been paying for coverage for officers that should have been excluded. We expressed our concerns to David Bradshaw, the owner of BMS. We exchanged a few emails and shortly after he stopped responding. Follow up emails/calls were ignored by him and it became clear he had no interest in resolving the issue his company created. Its no wonder the level of service from this agency is so poor with someone like this in charge.
