I would have to say Jackie did a wonderful job in helping us with the process of purchasing a new home. She did such a good job at communicating and staying in touch. She went above and beyond to explain things and even respond back after hours. I would continue to use Nova in the future because of hard. She intelligent, kind and a hard worker. We appreciate everything she did.
