My friend and I filled 2019 tax with him on April 8th 2020 and paid him $260s for the service for both of us. June 18th 2020, I called IRS to check, they said it would take 2 months for them to receive, it had been more than 2 months. If he filed automatically, it only takes 48 hours to get to IRS. IRS told us they have not received ours tax return. I tried to call Dinh Tu Cuong (tax-repaired person at Westar Tax Service) more than 10 times while IRS agent were holding on the line with me to ask if he already sent out my tax return or did he fill online for me. Dinh Tu Cuong did not respond the phone at all and we had to hang up with IRS. I called again, he finally answered my phone and was yelling why I called so many times, why I called so early without answering my questions at all. I needed him to tell me have he send our taxes return, or have he filled the tax online?He is not responsively, not professional, not friendly! I’m not recommending this service!!!
