I find the customer service skills of this particular bank to be less than customer friendly. I had a transaction go through and I expected to have a $36 overdraft fee. As the transaction went through faster than I anticipated. The bank went ahead supposedly paid the transaction and assessed me a $36 fee. This was all fine and dandy I had no issues with that. Until they reversed the payment to PayPal. So I got stuck with a $36 fee and they did not pay the transaction. I talk to customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. Word of advice if you were expecting a bank to be there to take care of you and your needs this is definitely not a bank for you. They pulled a similar stunt with my daughter and Socked her with over $300 in fees and she would even put money into the account right away. But still nothing they “could do”.
Not a member but when I have gone in, for whatever reason, they were very curtious.
