They were very accomodating to my schedule, worked with me through the holiday season to get an accurate quote, and met on short notice to sign a contract. James was extremely helpful and mindful of the unique needs of my company. Not only that, he was able to get me more coverages than I requested initially, more services than I requested initially, and STILL cut my previous insurance carriers price significantly! Customer service was less than good to say the least . In my opinion their secretaries are very rude and smug and unpleasant to talk to you. I am not a fan of being talked to like a child, regardless of there’s nothing they can do for you there’s a way to tell people things without being rude
