My mom and Dad both are seniors citizens was there. Changed $1xx then later they got letters from IRS about they taxes aren’t correct. They went back to them. He refused not his fault. We have to pay $70 to made him correct the his mistakes.

Place is nicely kept and appointments were easy to reserve. Response time was quick. We arrived 5 minutes before our appointment and they had just started with someone else... didn’t give us an estimated time. When I asked how long it would take the receptionist told me if I didn’t want to wait I could come back another time because appointments are rarely expected to be on time...Tax consultant was knowledgeable. But the service makes it difficult to return.The certificate posted on the wall also expired in 2012.

Great service. They charged me less than 1/3 than Hewlett Jackson was going to charge me. I will go back to tax Express again next year.

Very poor service. Mr. De Nguyen was very rude. Stay away if you want to save money and yourself from frustration.
