I am happy to find this company! Last month, I needed to notarize my documents and it was all ready in the evening. I called Vic and he was very courteous and did not hesitate to help me. Within 30 minutes, he was notarizing my house. Then while we’re were talking, he mentioned that they also provide legal services. He seemed very knowledgeable and when I asked about incorporating my business, he explained the pros and cons. I did not have to pay for the consultation and the next day, I received a PowerPoint presentation, so he started it, and in no time, I had everything, including the articles of incorporation and he sent it to the Secretary of State. In other words, I did not have to do anything and now I realized that no attorney was needed (because they charge an arm and leg) when I could use this local company! Best of all, their fees are affordable and I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
