If I could give zero stars I would.. The loan officer Luis Cortez does not seem to know what he is doing. Due to his incompetence my homes closing date has gotten pushed back almost 1.5 weeks. All due to their inability to gather and process documents in a timely fashion. That is essentially a loan "processors" main function. Home purchases are a huge commitment & responsibility, if you cannot rise to the occasion for the people you serve, then get out of the business. This is peoples lives your messing with, simply apologizing does not cut it. Get it together.
