Takes them months for results, had them working on taxes for corporate and personal and they still have not finished them just a few days away from the deadline. Services are a joke!

First time used - gave everything in detail needed for taxes a MONTH prior!! left messages, no return calls, finally almost deadline a phone call saying they are done pick them up! second call saying NO actually NOT ready and needed something else and filing for an extension??!!??!! Being told last min, they asked for money for services which was HIGHER than most as I asked many people( I paid) .. Receive a bill from IRS because of being late that I am charged for ! I call to ask why I need to pay this? only to be told basically its not their problem?? And taxes were not even properly done as IRS actually caught an error in my favor! HORRIBLE SERVICE - Will NOT be recommending to ANYONE.. Bad experience in which they did not understand or I should say cared about how WRONG on every level from day one I was treated .. BAD SERVICE
