Have been a Customer for more than 20 years- that will likely change as of today. They rolled out a new digital platform today. Was not able to make any transactions all weekend in anticipation of today- So needed to get into my online account today ! . Per work requirement- was unable to sign in today at my work place- had to wait until I got Home.Attempted to sign on at 5 : 15 PM -Followed the instructions to the letter only to discover there was an issue with my account that required a customer service rep. Waited on hold for 10 mins only to discover customer service was closed. Not sure when I will be able to straighten this out...looking into a different bank. How do you roll out a major change to your digital platform and not have anyone answering calls after 5 pm??- Very Poor Customer Service !!

Do not get your mortgage through Bank of Castile. Their customer service team is horrible and you cant even make a monthly payment towards your mortgage at your discretion on their website. Their website is from the stone age. I would never do business with them again.
