They had an old phone number for me, kept calling my wife’s cell and asking for me. Refusing to take my new number or give any information regarding the call. Most recently the woman on the line called my wife a liar, used foul language and then hung up on her.

Horrible place very bad. I called in to make a payment and they had no one that could at least try to help my family that only speaks Spanish so I had to call because my family member got hung up on 3 times with 3 different reps this is just a horrible company. If I could give it a zero I would.

They told me if I paid my account they would remove from my credit report but of course that was just a lie they took my money and left it on my report
