Although I have had good experiences both via email and the phone when I went into the office hoping to complete my business I was disappointed. Several websites including Allstate show the office open until either 6:30 or 7:00 PM depending on the site and the office door states 7:00 PM also the door was open when I arrived shortly after 5:00 PM. The person there told me that the office was closed and I would have to come back. When I mentioned that the door and website indicated that the office was open later she said there was no one there that could help me, handed me an agents card and repeated that I have to return tomorrow​. I will still do business with the company but I would have planned differently had I been provided more accurate information. Perhaps I should have verified the hours with a phone call but when their own website states the hours I tend to trust it. Again, I found that somewhat disappointing and hope to have better experiences moving forward.

We went to Allstate hoping to save a few dollars on our home/auto insurance. We ended up saving over $500 a year, while increasing our coverage to better meet on our needs. The service provided by our insurance agent, Mike Rippentrop, has been outstanding and far surpassed our expectations! During the home inspection it was determined that the shingles on our shed needed to be replaced before it could be covered. My husband recently had shoulder surgery and was unable to re-shingle the room himself so Mike offered to help out. He came over on a Sunday with a friend and re-shingled the shed. We are very grateful for Mike’s help – we wouldn’t have been able to do it without him! Best insurance agent we’ve ever had!!

Get your insurance elsewhere. These people took out unauthorized funds out of my account without my permission. I contacted my financial institution and the funds were reinstated to me. Only to find out this is an on going practice with them.
