Sean Chamberlain and Steve Wiechec did an incredible job for me with my first mortgage and home buying experience. Sean came highly recommended to me by a colleague when I first started looking for mortgage pre-approval. Soon after our first phone conversation, Sean had sent me an overview of the different loan options and rates based on my price range and area in which I was interested in buying. This was even accompanied by a personalized video from Sean explaining the breakdown of the options. Steve prepared all the paperwork and before long, I was pre-approved!When I finally found a house and made an offer, I emailed Sean the news on Sunday afternoon. I also informed him of a competing offer on the house. I received a response from him immediately. On Monday, Sean talked to the selling agent at 7:30 in the morning to assure her that I was a great buyer and that we would be able to close quickly. Two hours later my offer was accepted!Sean had originally quoted me a very good mortgage rate, but the rates were starting to come down. When the lending company I was underwritten with told Sean they weren’t lowering their rates, he immediately contacted me (on a Friday afternoon) and suggested we switch to another lender who was still lowering their rates with the market. On Saturday morning, Steve had prepared all the paperwork and sent them to me to sign. A few days later, Sean called me and told me he had locked me in at an incredibly low rate! Shortly thereafter, the rates skyrocketed.At every step of the process Sean and Steve had my best interest in mind and worked tirelessly to ensure I received the best deal possible. Despite this being my first time purchasing a house, Sean and Steve made the entire process easy and painless. They are incredibly friendly and really made me feel as if they were part of the home buying journey and that I wasn’t on this adventure alone. Sean and Steve are a team that will work aggressively to ensure their clients are properly and well taken care of. I would work with them again in a heartbeat!
