Have gone the past few years and was seen by Jack. I called and got an appointment the same day. They didn’t bother to ask what taxes I had to file just assumed it would be W-2, so I was scheduled for an hour. I have 3 different direct sales to file taxes for so obviously I need more time. After an hour and a half Jack says to me “why don’t you go home and try to understand the numbers better? Then we can schedule another session.” Isn’t that why I pay him $360?

My spouse and I have filed our personal and business taxes with Jack for two years in a row now and have been very pleased! Jack is very knowledgeable and friendly, and was most helpful in instructing me and providing materials to send in my quarterly taxes for my business. I highly recommend!
