I have used this company for 25 years to do my federal taxes, I have been happy with their service and price. If you are a customer, they are always available for a few tax questions at any time during the year. Just had an estate tax question, John was very helpful

I called this company and a woman name Joan answered the phone. She was very pleasant and I told her that I have taken over a business that they do the payroll service for and I want to know if this can be confidential since she is a relative of the person who I purchased it from. She said "absolutely, but you have to set it up with my boss John". I said okay. She called back to say it was a busy day and could he call me tomorrow. I said sure. By the time tomorrow came I was already being confronted that I had called this service. John may be great but Joan is a leaking faucet who can’t shut off. So no business from me!!!
