Amazing location to go to and they work with you. I was down and out because if credit and they took at chance on me and I have been with them ever since. They helped boost my credit and because of that I will continue to refinance with them til my credit is back in good standing. Cheri at the e state location is the reason Im back in good standings

Horrible experience. I had an appointment and once I got there, I was told their systems were down. I had already completed application and was approved. There was no empathy or sense of urgency to help. Over the phone, I was told process only 30 minutes. When I got there, it was a totally different story. I guess they wanted to make sure they got off work in time, which I believed they would. World Finance in Rockford is horrible. Avoid them at all cost.
