I attempted to withdrawl $100 from a prepaid debit card in a Cardtronics ATM. The machine printed an error code. I proceeded to the nearest operating atm to realize that their lovely machine decided to take my money anyway. So without a bank to fight for me, even with the time stamped receipt with the error code. The clerk even saw the transaction and i showed it to him. I filled out all the proper paper work, stapled the receipt to the paperwork that the clerk attained from the machine tech for your Company. He was to bring it to the proper dept at your office. I have been dodged and passed around, left on hold inevitably, hung up on. Your Company stole 100$ from me, and you may not think thats much, but without getting into it... . Im not a wealthy Man, and that 100 dollars was enormously important in the context of the time i was in.
