We recently switched accountants because of the lack of communication we were having with our old accountant. This group was recommended to us from a friend. We were pleasantly surprised with how personable they were and after meeting with Randall, not only did we decide for them to do our personal taxes but also our new business. I have never had such amazing customer service from an accountant and their team. Not only did Randall come to our house to meet with us, he also personally answered every one of my calls. He and Ross have been so responsive, informative and timely. I cannot express how important this has been to us during this extremely stressful time of opening our own business.
