Waiting drive thru at 8:54 AM not Open hours post front

There is one employee inside . know one knew that they close at 3 o’clock on the weekday multiple times we tried calling the employee through the call teller. Employee was just rude rude rude. This is the worst bank drive-through experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely do you more Generations Federal credit Union. I’ve never been treated like this with them credit human sucks. All he should of done was advise us they were close . Or Put up some sort of sign posted they were close

Very convenient and professional

Today I visited this branch and had a good experience with my transaction. In the moment of talking with Gustavo an employee there, he was a wellspoken, polite, and caring a gentleman who I think customer service should be. I tip my hat to him.

My SACU DRIVE THRU IS THE BEST !! MY TELLER EVEN WISHED ME A "HAPPY BIRTHDAY " On my birthday day. Very polite and courteous.

Not convenient hours; should open earlier.
