This bank has great service. Catherine and Oscar handled my situation very well. They also offer parking validation!

There customer service is terrible. We are a black family that came to cash an escrow check from our house. We rung the door bell and the first thing that the guy said to us was “what do you need?” Hmmmm we need bank services.... then we got in and we’re treated rudely. The only nice thing that was done was the fee was waived by a supervisor on duty for being a nonmember we were thinking about joining this bank but after the customer service we will not be back.

Great customer service, the transaction I went in for was processed very swiftly and smoothly. I parked in the underground garage and my ticket was validated.

This branch is located on tge NE Corner of Genesee & Executive. The Red Dart shown 8n the search places this office in Executive Square complex. Look for the green mirrored glass building (on the courtyard side of the building)

Very friendly. Hidden place but always helpful and nice.
