Excellent service they really helped me to get rid of the debt I had with IRS for a minimum $$$, they settle little monthly payments for me.

I was contacted by them in 2017 when I had just moved from state to state. Worked with one gentleman and paid them $2,400.00 in full August of 2017. Was passed from David to Vanessa and now being contact by Jeff stating that my case has been suspended due to lack of payment. REALLY?? Run if you are contacted by them. Over a year and NOTHING has been done to help me. RRRUUUUNNNNN!!!!! Keep your money and go to another company.

Very helpful staff really took time to explain things to me, and what was going on ... I am slow to pick up on things and most people do not have the patience for me, but the staff I dealt with were wonderful and my 28000 dollar tax debt was reduced to under 5000 dollars over a 2 year payment plan, and they only charged me a fraction of my total amount owed, and that too was on a payment plan! I do not have and have never had a tax issue, I get at least 1 call a day from this Company and every time I answer the call I ask to be taken off there call list because I have no tax issues and the representatives always hangs up on me, also when I asked who they were trying to reach they hang up on me . So today I called the number back 3 times and was hung up on 3 times and finally after the 4th time the representative identified the name of company. I explained to the representative that I had no tax issues. Now I go to there website and the only way to contact them is if you give them your name and tell them you have tax issues. The other person that posted a review said they had a good experience, which is hard to believe because any respectable attorney would not allow his customer service representative to harass a potential client or someone who may know someone that needs help. Even if I had tax issue I would never use this company and if I find any legality that I can use to report this harassment I will proceed.

They helped me so much with my last year taxes. Jeff was very helpful and always in time. Definitely recommended !

This is Bogus. I have no Tax issues and they called me and sounded very unprofessional. Will NEVER use such a Shady company.
