I had a vey bad Experience trying to file my tax return using the services of Capital Tax. They agreed to file my Tax return for 200$ after I explained to them my whole situation, just to be surprised after 4 days that they are using the bait and switch technique on me and asking me for 300$ which I declined as matter of principal. They tried to justify their increase by the fact that it took them more time. But, As expert they should know upfront how much effort is required and keep their word on whatever agreement was made. Also the fact that they accept the loose -loose deal after they went through the effort of calculating is tax show how they value their customers. So my advice to you if you are seeking to use their service is to ask yourself whether you want to deal with someone who does not keep their words and does not value you or your time!
