Union bank was told by a judge to pay me $1,200. In 2006! As of 2019 they now owe me over $20,000 with the interest incurred! After they messed up and took overdraft fees for transactions I never made! And a rep at the company promised to put the money back but never did, then denied he ever said he would put it back. Too bad I recorded him saying he was going to fix the problem!So far I have seen a paltry $59, and it was through a class action lawsuit and not Union Bank of California! I actually drove to their h.q. *when it was still this location* and was shown the door by security the instant I asked for a supervisor! My lawyer has had no luck contacting them either. Like most companies, just gets transferred over & over, then the legal department never answers their phone. I know it is less than a 0.1% chance I will ever get my money, even if in this case there is no statute of limitations! So yes, the interest will keep incurring until the end of time!

Spent over an hour speaking with five different representatives to cancel an ACH recurring bill pay for my HOA. The fifth representative said my management company, Canyon Pacific had cancelled the recurring payment. I found out earlier today that was not the case and just had to spend another two hours (while on vacation with my family internationally) trying to sort this out. I finally had my own bank put a stop payment on all payments to Union Bank but still may have to deal with issues related to that. What an awful bank. I did not know where else to turn to try to resolve this.
