Gave John Pham a call based on a recommendation and must say the experience was not good. I told him from the beginning of the call that I’m calling based on a recommendation I received and wanted to get a quote for his tax services. His response was that I need to look at the quality of the service before the price. I already told him that I’m calling based on a recommendation so I don’t need to question the quality. Then he goes on lecturing me without even asking me about my tax situation that every ones tax is different and he cannot give a blanket rate for everyone. He comes off to be very arrogant and condescending and I would not use his services no matter how cheap his price is. I would not be comfortable that my interests would be looked after by him.

The people who work there are very rude over the phone and not willing to go the extra mile. One of the worst professional experiences I have had to deal with in a while.
