Messed with my business address. All the IRS and state communication went to the firm instead of the corporate office. We ended up missing filing deadlines, and had to change the address with the government in order to receive mail communication. The firm even refused to provide any copies of documents regarding the work we paid to have them done after the engagement is finished. They just told me take care of my business on my own and hang me up. Worst CPA firm ever.
